As a total building management company, we are committed to respond to a wide range of needs for buildings and facilities, in addition to increasing the value of the building. We properly collect, use and provide personal information of clients and others involved in the business, while managing the information in a safe and up-to-date conditions.
In addition, we handle our employees’ personal information as carefully as we do with clients and relevant parties.

In handling personal information acquired in any business and that of employees, we comply with laws, guidelines and other norms established by the government on personal information protection.

Acquisition, use and provision of personal information

When acquiring and using personal information, we specify the purpose of use, and will not use for any purpose other than the original intent. In order to prevent unintended use, we take appropriate management measures. We will not provide acquired personal information to a third party unless consent is obtained from the individual or it is required by laws and regulations.

Complaints and inquiries

When we receive complaints and inquiries concerning the handling of personal information, we will promptly investigate the situation, and faithfully respond within a reasonable period of time.

Safety management

In order to properly manage personal information acquired in any business, we take safety measures in a systematic, human, physical and technological manners to prevent or correct if nay of the followings happens; personal information leakage, loss or damage, and correct them if any are observed.

Continuous improvement

In addition to maintaining an in-house structure to protect personal information, we establish a management system for personal information protection, review it on a regular basis, and continuously improve our initiatives to protect personal information.
