Nippon Kanzai offers effective reduction in energy consumption by undertaking facility improvements, considering equipments' duration and energy efficiency, designed to minimize building lifecycle costs.

Proposals for Visualization of Energy Consumption

We also suggest that building owners visualize power consumption by measuring electricity use. Energy Savings by Updating Lighting Fixtures

Lighting fixtures may deteriorate without showing any signs outside. If a degraded socket is used, the heat causes further degradation and may result in an accident of a light bulb fall. We carefully judge the replacement schedule and propose the installation of high-efficiency lighting fixtures to prevent accidents as well as reducing power consumption.

Energy Savings by Updating Air Conditioners

The statutory lifespan of air conditioners is 13 years and it is generally believed that they should be replaced after 15 to 20 years. However, the risk of problems with the equipment increases substantially during this extended period. A poor indoor environment caused by an air conditioning breakdown can lead to increased complaints from tenants and furthermore, an adverse impact on building profitability. We can prepare air conditioning equipment plans with high energy efficiency and superior cost performance by strictly observing the replacement schedule.

Reducing Water Costs: Underground Water Membrane Filtration System

We are able to drill deep wells, extract stable volumes of consistent-quality underground water and supply water that has undergone advanced processing using membrane filtration equipment. Thus water costs can be reduced by supplying water that meets the quality standards of the Water Supply Act at a reasonable cost.

Reducing Sewerage Costs: Sewerage Outlet Management System

Sewerage charges are determined based on water usage in accordance with sewerage ordinances. However, the volume discharged into the sewerage may be less than the water used due to various factors such as evaporation from the use of heat sources, cooking use and so on. As a result, sewerage costs can be reduced by measuring (requiring local government approval) and paying only for the actual volume discharged.

Energy-Saving System in Kitchens: Kitchen Saver Intake and Exhaust Control System

Kitchen external air conditioning equipments and intake and exhaust fans generally run at the same level from morning to night, although the air volume can be reduced during breaks and at other times that burners are non-operational. Automatic control of air flow during these times can reduce fan power consumption, cut the air conditioning load and save energy consumption.
